In this powder room the homeowners decided it was time to update the look. The wife confessed that she never really did care for the room but did the best with what she had. The dried flowers were mementos, gifts of flowers her husband gave her. But they had to go. The wife wanted something fun and dramatic saying, “After all, it’s just a powder room.” I agreed this was a small room in which we could take some risk. Her inspiration was the leopard print hand towel. From there I went to town and pulled together this dramatic room for the family.
